East Coast Run Project is dedicated to building durable athletes across all areas and levels of sport that requires running.  From the marathon to stealing second base, ECRP is here to ensure you perform at the height of your ability on a daily basis.

Created by USATF and Crossfit Endurance Coach Meredith O’Brien, ECRP will build successful training plans for athletes of all ages and abilities who are dedicated to improving their performance.  With an emphasis on finding a customized solution for every individual, ECRP’s purpose is to forge faster, stronger, more efficient running and multisport runners in effective and fun training environments.
